Report an Incident, Accident or Safety Concern

Anyone may report an incident, accident or safety concern. You do not have to be an employee to use this link and submit a report.

  1. Go to: https://employees.tamu.edu/employee-relations/wci/forms.html
  2. On that page select the "First Report of Injury of Illness" link.
  3. On the next page select the "Submit a new Incident" button, no login or password is required.

Submit proposals to modify existing or occupy vacant space to the Manager, Facilities, Safety, and Support Services via the Space and Land Use Management Request form for review and consideration by the Space allocation Committee (SAC).

Mission

The mission of the Office of Facilities, Safety and Support Services is to promote, create, and maintain a culture of safety, health, and environmental protection in collaboration with the University community. Our programs are designed to promote the health and safety of all students, faculty, staff, and guests. We assist in providing high quality training related to reducing injuries, hazardous materials management, emergency response assistance, and the protection of property. Our goal is to remain compliant with all state and federal regulations, standards, and laws.
