TAMUCT Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Report

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act or Clery Act requires all colleges and universities that participate in federal financial aid programs to report information about crimes statistics on and near their campus by October 1 of each year.

Crime Awareness and Campus Security Act

Texas A&M University – Central Texas is dedicated to providing a safe and secure campus environment where meaningful education can take place.  This information has been prepared to ensure that Texas A&M University – Central Texas is in compliance with federal guidelines under the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act.

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act/right-to-Know booklet includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on-campus; in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Texas A&M University - Central Texas; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, the campus.  The report also includes institutional policies concerning campus security, such as policies concerning sexual assault, and other matters.
