Hannah Davis Ketteman Takes AI Consultant Role

A&M-Central Texas is pleased to announce the appointment of Hannah Davis Ketteman as the university’s new Senior Instructional Consultant for Artificial Intelligence within the Office of the Provost’s Division of Digital Learning and Innovation.

Ketteman joins the university as an accomplished educational leader with a strong background in the science of teaching adults (andragogy), professional learning design, and the ethical and effective integration of generative AI into teaching and learning environments.

Her work centers on building educator capacity through realistic innovation and research‑grounded practices. She is a Temple resident and brings more than a decade of experience supporting educators across K–12, colleges, and universities. 

Prior to joining the university, Ketteman served as a Digital Learning Coach and English teacher, where she developed a reputation for designing highly engaging, practical professional development for educators.

She currently serves as a curriculum and content consultant for AI for Education, a leading professional development company focused on ethical and responsible use of AI in educational organizations.

She has been an invited presenter at national education conferences, including ISTELive, where she has led sessions on AI literacy, digital tools for instructional coherence, and strategies for creating failure‑positive learning environments.

Ketteman holds a Master of Education from Sam Houston State University as well as an English degree from Abilene Christian University and maintains multiple professional certifications, including Google Certified Coach and Google Certified Educator, underscoring her expertise in educational technology and instructional support.

In her new role, Ketteman will guide the development of AI‑enhanced instructional strategies, support faculty adoption of emerging technologies, and contribute to university‑wide initiatives focused on ethical and effective AI literacy.
