- If you DID attend another college or university since leaving A&M–Central Texas: You must submit official transcripts from each institution and meet all general admissions requirements.

- By mail or in person: In a sealed envelope from the issuing institution or hand-delivered to an A&M–Central Texas enrollment specialist.

Graduate Coursework Time Limit (Six‑Year Window)
All graduate coursework applied toward your degree must be completed within six (6) years of the date your degree is awarded. This ensures your coursework reflects current knowledge and standards in your field.
- Coursework older than six years generally cannot be applied toward degree requirements.
- Exceptions are considered only in limited circumstances, such as:
- Documented mitigating circumstances that significantly interrupted academic progress.
- Military service obligations, including deployments or duty assignments that prevented continued enrollment.
When exceptions are approved, they must follow Graduate School policy and receive all required academic approvals. This approach helps ensure that returning students are working with the most up‑to‑date curriculum while still providing flexibility for those whose progress was interrupted by circumstances beyond their control.
