TAMUCT Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act Report

The Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act or Clery Act requires all colleges and universities that participate in federal financial aid programs to report information about crimes statistics on and near their campus by October 1 of each year.

Crime Awareness

Texas A&M University-Central Texas is dedicated to providing a safe and secure campus environment where meaningful education can take place. To support this commitment, the university has prepared this information to comply with federal guidelines under the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act.

Under the Clery Act, the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act Report provides crime statistics from the previous three years. Additionally, the report includes data on crimes reported on campus, in certain off-campus buildings or properties that Texas A&M University-Central Texas owns or controls, and on public property adjacent to and accessible from campus. Furthermore, it outlines campus security policies, including policies related to sexual assault and other safety matters.
