You can request official transcripts electronically through Parchment Credentials.Transcripts Overview
The Records and Admissions Office provides electronic transcripts via Parchment Credentials at a rate of $3 per transcript (additional processing and shipping rates may apply).
- If you are a current student, please log in to Warrior Web and search “Transcripts” click the Request Official Transcripts tasks. Follow the screen prompts to complete your request.
- If you are an alumni or a former student, please log in directly to Parchment at https://www.parchment.com/u/registration/25048058/account. Create an account with a personal email.
IMPORTANT: If you already have a Parchment account with another institution, you can use that same account to request A&M–Central Texas transcripts.
If you do not have your User ID or Pin, please contact the Records and Admissions Office at 254.501.5857 or via e-mail at [email protected]. You may also stop by the Enrollment Management front desk located in Founder’s Hall 108 to retrieve this information.
The Records and Admissions Office staff is available to assist you with the above request Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm Central. Please call us if you have any questions or need additional information.
General Information
At the end of each term, there is a high volume of transcript requests. If you need an unofficial transcript, please log in to Warrior Web to print. Official transcript requests will be processed in the order they are received.
A&M–Central Texas Transcripts
If you took classes at A&M–Central Texas from January 2013 to the present, please log into Warrior Web or Former Student Self Service.
Tarleton State Transcripts
If you attended Tarleton/A&M–Central Texas from September 1999 to December 2012:
University Of Central Texas, Formerly American Technological University
TRANSCRIPTS
Texas A&M University–Central Texas currently provides transcripts for those students who attended the University of Central Texas (UCT), formerly American Technological University (ATU). The same form is used for both universities.
Click on the link below to request a UCT or ATU transcript. Once you have clicked on the link, you will need to create an account. Once the account is created, you will then be able to submit your transcript request. If you have any questions on this process, please contact the Records and Admissions Office at 254-501-5857 or via email at [email protected].
There is no charge for the transcript. Transcript can be picked in the Robert M. Shoemaker (Founders Hall) building at the front window of suite 108 or sent via regular mail. We are unable to send the transcript via email.
UCT/ATU Transcript Request Form
UCT replacement Diploma
Please contact the Records and Admissions Office to request a UCT replacement diploma at 254-501-5857 or at [email protected]. The replacement diploma is for UCT only and will be printed on UCT paper stock. The replacement diploma will not be listed as Texas A&M University-Central Texas.
There is a $45.00 fee for the diploma. The fee can be paid by money order or check and made payable to Herff Jones. The process time to receive the replacement diploma from Herff Jones is anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks. The diploma will be mailed to you directly from Herff Jones.
Tamuct alumni Certificate
An alumni certificate can be provided to you if you are graduate of UCT or ATU. The certificate will have Texas A&M University-Central Texas listed on this document. There is no fee for this certificate.
