Master of Business Administration
Program Overview
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Texas A&M–Central Texas can take your career to the next level or open doors to an entirely new career. The program is structured to meet your needs with the ability to complete the program on campus, online or a blend of both. It can be completed as quickly as nine-months, with an average time to completion of two years. Our MBA program’s unique structure lets you tailor your education to meet your own career objectives by electing one of ten emphases/certificates in a particular field. An MBA will equip you with the skills to promote ongoing strategic initiatives, solve complex organizational issues, and lead an organization in today’s challenging global environment.

Aligned with the standards of the Society of Human Resource Management, the MBA program with an emphasis in Human Resource Management prepares students for a human resource management role in organizations of any size or sector, and enables the student to qualify for the SHRM-CP certification exam.
