Instructions for Returning Your Rented Textbook

Please follow these instructions to get a pre-paid UPS return label to use to ship back your books. Please note that these instructions are only for books rented from the Hanik B&N Bookstore.

How to retrieve your pre-paid UPS label:

Go to the A&M-Central Texas Hanik Bookstore website: www.tamuct.bncollege.com.

  • Click TEXTBOOKS on the left side of the top toolbar.
  • Select TEXTBOOK RENTALS from the drop-down menu.
  • Scroll down until you see RENTAL RETURN on the right-hand side of the page and click on RENTAL RETURN.
  • A new page will load, and you will enter your ORDER ID (your order number) and the email address that was used when you created your account. Your ORDER NUMBER can be found at the top of the e-mail you received from the A&M-Central Texas Bookstore.
  • Click submit to access your free UPS return label.
  • Print the label. This label can only be accessed and printed once.
  • Pack your book up in a box (use plenty of packing material), seal it, and attach the label you just printed to the outside of the box.
  • Drop off at a UPS pick up location or schedule a pickup at www.ups.com

If you are returning multiple books, put them in one box and use the one shipping label. The label will be accessible until the textbook return due date.
