University Relations seeks to build a network of partners, supporters, and alumni whose engagement directly fuels student opportunity, workforce readiness, and institutional advancement.
Who We Are.
As the business development office of Texas A&M University–Central Texas, the University Relations Department provides resources to enhance strategic partnerships, strengthen alumni and stakeholder engagement opportunities, and build external revenue sources to support institutional growth. The department is responsible for initiatives that advance university partnerships with industry, prepare students for the workplace, and expand experiential learning opportunities.
The department also administers the Alumni Association to help maintain lifelong connections and to solicit philanthropic support for the university, and it oversees the University Foundation to ensure alignment between giving and both academic and workforce development priorities. University Relations promotes institutional visibility, economic engagement, and long-term sustainability through strategic relationship development, brand positioning, and targeted outreach.
