Mission and Strategic Initiatives

The College of Business Administration’s mission and strategic initiatives are designed to extend its reach, elevate learner success, and cultivate environments that spark transformative learning.

By expanding locations, the college aims to bring high-quality education to new off-campus sites, including correctional facilities and regional community colleges. At the same time, it will scale success programs that strengthen experiential learning, enhance student support, and provide life-long upskilling opportunities for learners and alumni. Finally, by creating spaces for transformative learning, the college will foster centers of thought leadership and integrate innovative ideas into curriculum and scholarship—empowering learners and faculty to lead positive change within their communities.

Mission: Our mission is to provide undergraduate and graduate business education to a variety of learner populations, including representation from military-affiliated backgrounds. By bringing together experts, we equip life-long learners with innovative and industry-relevant knowledge, positively engage with regional stakeholders, produce impactful relevant intellectual contributions and inspire change agents to create a better world.
