Dr. Aguilar holds a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from Our Lady of the Lake University. Her research interests include Authentic Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and Human Capital Development. Her work has been published in journals such as: Business Ethics and Leadership, Journal of Strategic Innovation and Sustainability, and in the international book: Research Perspectives in Human Capital Development. As an international educator, Dr. Aguilar has taught in Spain, China, and presented in India. In her spare time, she enjoys writing short, non-fiction stories.
