Texas A&M University-Central Texas to host Warrior Preview Day

Texas A&M University-Central Texas will host Warrior Preview Day, a campus visit program for high school students and prospective transfer students from community colleges and other universities, form 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, at 1001 Leadership Place in Killeen.

Faculty from across the university will discuss degree programs, career opportunities, and the Warrior experience through interactive academic sessions. Advisors and staff will provide information about admission requirements, transfer credits, financial aid, scholarships, graduate school, and military and veteran services. Current students will answer questions about campus life.

Check-in begins at 9:30 a.m. between Warrior Hall and Founders Hall, where university staff will direct attendees to their first sessions. The program begins at 10 a.m., and academic sessions will run from 10:35 a.m. to 12:05 p.m. Lunch, games, and campus tours led by Blue Coat Ambassadors will follow from 12:05 to 1 p.m.
