Sleep Awareness Week

Come meet with your friends from SWACC to learn about the importance of healthy, restful sleep!
The Student Wellness and Counseling Center is an on-campus resource for counseling to help students meet day-to-day challenges, respond to life changes, or address anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other concerns.
Take time March 13 to reemphasize the important connection between your sleep and your health and well-being. We’re here to help you become your Best Slept Self. Because deep, rejuvenating sleep is what we toss-and-turn about.
