Senior Music Recital | Des Emerson, Trombone

Des Emerson, a senior trombone performance major, will present their senior recital on Sunday, November 16th, at 3 pm in Jackson-Graeter Backstage Theater, located on the Temple College campus. Admission is free and open to the public.

The program will feature works by Oliver Nelson and Launy Grondahl, reflecting the contrasting influences of early modern European composition and mid-century American jazz innovation. Des will be joined by David PerezGuerra (piano), Dr. Benjamin Irom (piano) Ken Gomez (drums), and Alex Buss (bass).
