Dr. Kevin Nelson received a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Utah State University. After working in banking and small business, Kevin returned to Utah State University to pursue a Master of Accountancy. Kevin has a PhD in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma and has research interests in financial archival research focusing on financial reporting quality, disclosure, and capital market efficiency. Kevin is supported in his pursuits by his wife and seven children. He spends his free time in various creative pursuits and serving in his church.
