Calling All Artists – Warrior Week Art Show

Warrior Week 2024 Art Show:

Entry Deadline – April 5, 2024, at 5 p.m

Rules and Guidelines, 

Hand Delivered Artwork Deadline – April 5, 2024, at 5 p.m. to Warrior Hall, Room 110.

Awards:

Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place, and Presidential Award in the art show.

The winning artist will receive special recognition and be showcased in the foyer of Bill Yowel Lecture Hall.

Eligibility:

The art show is open to all students currently enrolled at Texas A&M University – Central Texas.

Submission Requirements:

Artwork can span various mediums, including paintings, drawings, sculpture, and digital art.

Submissions must be original creations of the artist.

All artwork must be ready for display during the Warrior Week Art Show.

Submission Deadline:

The deadline for artwork submissions is Friday, April 5tth by 5 p.m., allowing ample for organizaon and setup.

Display:

Artwork will be displayed during Warrior Week (April 8th – 12th) in a designated area on campus.

Judging Criteria:

A panel of judges will evaluate artwork based on creativity, skill, originality, and adherence to the

theme.

Awards:

Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place, and Presidential Award in the art show.

The winning artist will receive special recognition and be showcased in the foyer of Bill Yowel Lecture Hall.

Notification of Winners:

Winners will be announced during Warrior Week, and their names will be posted on the event webpage.

Art Pickup:

Participants must retrieve their artwork by Friday, April 12th following the conclusion of the art show.

Photography and Promotion:

The university may photograph and promote the submited artwork for markeng purposes

unless the artist explicitly requests otherwise.

By participating in the Texas A&M University – Central Texas Collegiate Art Show, artists agree to

comply with these rules and guidelines. The guidelines aim to ensure a fair and enjoyable

experience for all participants and attendees.
