Welcome to the website for the Office of the Provost! The Provost and Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs has administrative oversight and responsibility for a wide variety of academic and nonacademic units, including the College of Arts and Sciences, the College of Business Administration, the College of Education and Human Development, the Graduate School, the University Library, Enrollment Management and University Relations, the Division of Student Affairs, Technology Enhanced Learning, the Center for Faculty Engagement, Institutional Research and Effectiveness, and the Division of Research and Innovation.

Academics
College of Arts and Sciences
The College of Arts and Sciences provides a high-quality, liberal arts education in the humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences. We foster intellectual and civic engagement, cultural literacy, and continuous discovery through excellence in the classroom, innovative research, and creative activities. The College of Arts and Sciences is dedicated to intellectually challenging programs that are recognized for excellent teaching, scholarship, and outreach. The college develops ethical leaders and informed citizens to serve the community, the state, and the nation.
College of Business Administration
The College of Business Administration at Texas A&M University-Central Texas shares with the University its commitment to provide the Central Texas region and beyond, affordable access to a high-quality, student-focused learning environment where students have the opportunity to acquire the knowledge and competencies necessary to succeed in the global business environment.
The College of Business Administration offers junior, senior, and graduate level, leading to Baccalaureate and Masters degrees, as well as professional certificates, to further the lifelong learning and professional growth of our students, while advancing the economic development of our region and beyond. In our daily actions and classroom instruction, we pledge to model and promote ethical behavior that is essential in today’s business environment.
College of Education and Human Development
The College of Education and Human Development aims to provide students in professional education and other human services with a quality education through academic, cultural and leadership experiences, and to provide leadership training through scholarship and service to the extended community and profession. Programs in College of Education and Human Development prepare students for challenging, gratifying, and socially significant careers in education, counseling, and psychology. In additional to its teaching function, the program has a strong service commitment to public schools and human service agencies.
Graduate Studies
The Office of Graduate Studies is responsible for graduate students from admissions to graduation. Graduate Studies provides students with support and quality service throughout their studies at Texas A&M University-Central Texas.
University Library
The Library assists students, faculty and staff regarding research projects, class assignments, or any other questions that arise. The Library currently has approximately 200 databases with over 66,000 electronic journals and 430,000 print and e-book titles. The Library is staffed with librarians on duty in person whenever the library is open, and 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online.
