What is the next step?
Students applying to Community College need to indicate on the application form that they are interested in CT Direct or in attending A&M–Central Texas. This should be a check box on the Community College application.

This pathway benefits students who want to:

What does the degree cost?
The total average cost of tuition and fees for a bachelor’s degree is less than $22,000. This is based on the 2025-26 average costs of attendance report to the state, using Temple College rates. It represents 2 years at Temple College and 2 years at A&M–Central Texas. Rates will vary based on the Community College partner. In addition, participating in CT Direct costs nothing. And, if students take dual-credit courses in high school, the cost is even lower.
