Walter Murphy
Walter Murphy works in the Division of Research and Innovation, where he holds roles as Deputy Chief Research Officer, Research Compliance Officer, Research Integrity Officer, and Empowered Official. He teaches part-time in the Department of Counseling and Psychology, and his current research relates to cognitive and perceptual psychology and to aspects of virtual/augmented reality in education and research; the latter work is supported by funding from NSF and DoD. He also serves on the university park planning committee and as a Faculty Fellow for the University Center for Applied Research and Engagement (UCARE).
