Clery Act

The Jeanne Clery Campus Safety report is published in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act of 1998.

Change of Semester Form 

A two-time free deferment of admission is available upon request for those unable to attend their semester of entry as indicated on their most recent admission application. You may defer admission to begin coursework in either of the two upcoming semesters. If you wish to defer to a semester outside of the two upcoming semesters or if you have taken advantage of both free deferments, you will need to reapply via www.applytexas.org

Withdrawal of Admissions Application 

Withdrawal of Admissions Application: withdrawal of current admissions application. Can be done prior to or after an admission decision is given; however, can only be made BEFORE registering for classes. If the student is already registered for classes during or after the semester of application, student will need to contact the records office at [email protected].

Core Residency Questionnaire

If there is any question of fact regarding your residency classification for admission and tuition purposes, this form must be submitted prior to the official census date of the applicable semester.

Residency Affidavit

Applicants in the Apply Texas process may be asked to provide evidence of residency. If the submitted information indicates you aren’t a U.S. citizen or permanent resident but that you may qualify for residency based on Texas high school graduation, you will be prompted by the application to download and submit this Residency Affidavit. It must be completed, signed, notarized and submitted to the university.

Assigned Duty in Texas Non-Resident Tuition Waiver Form 

Tuition waiver request for non-resident active duty members on military assignment in Texas.

Family Intent to Make Texas Home Non-Resident Tuition Waiver Form

Tuition waiver request for non-resident active duty members, spouses or child who intend to establish residence in Texas.

Eligible for Veterans Educational Benefits Non-Resident Tuition Waiver Form 

Tuition Waiver request for non-resident qualifying veterans, spouses or child eligible for veteran education benefits.

Bacterial Meningitis Vaccination Verification Form (PDF) 

In accordance with state law, A&M-Central Texas requires all new students under the age of 22 to provide certified proof of a valid bacterial meningitis vaccination or booster within the last five years.

Transient / Non-Degree Seeking Contract

Required for students not seeking a degree from A&M-Central Texas.

Academic Fresh Start

Under this program, academic course credits or grades earned 10 or more years before the semester for which the student seeks enrollment are not considered for admission purposes.  Once Academic Fresh Start is processed, it cannot be reversed.  Please contact Recruitment and Enrollment Services to determine if Academic Fresh Start is right for you.
