ALUMNI SPOTLIGHT
Erik Reynolds
Bachelor of Music with an Instrumental Concentration (2021)
I came to TAMUCT from Temple College and as a non-traditional student. At the time of graduation, I was 45 years old. I began my journey to my TAMUCT degree in the Spring of 2019 and was able to complete the degree in a little over 2 years.
I am now the Director of Bands at Ellison HS in the Killeen Independent School District.
I was able to earn scholarships for both music and academics during my time at TAMUCT – I graduated with a very low amount of debt because of this.
TAMUCT provided me with the opportunity to earn a degree later in life while working full time, a full-time husband and dad of 4 daughters. The staff continues to be a strong support system and I am forever grateful to them and the campus. As a high school teacher, I encourage students to pursue their education at TAMUCT whenever I can!
