The Office of Human Resources serves Texas A&M University-Central Texas by providing high quality service to its faculty, staff, retirees and potential employees through recruitment, employment, position classification, compensation, benefits, training and development, performance management, employee/employer relations, consultation, problem resolution, reporting, and employee recognition.
