- All firsttime Austin Community College (ACC) students with fewer than 12 SCH of successful college credit must take the EDUC 1100 success course or HUMA 13301 topic course Great Questions Seminar in their first semester at ACC. All other students may select either EDUC 1100, EDUC 1300, HUMA 1301 topic course Great Questions Seminar, or a speech course from Component Area Option section of the Core Curriculum Course List. See an advisor or a full-time faculty member in Philosophy for more information.
- Select from the following courses: HUMA 1301 (may only be taken once), HUMA 1302, HIST 2311, HIST 2312, PSYC 2306, SOCI 2301, SOCI 2319.
- Select from the following courses: COMM 1307, COMM 2311, ENGL 2307, ENGL 2311, SPCH 1318.
- Foreign Language hours must be in the same language.
- Not all Degree Requirement courses are completed with the AA. Students will need to complete these remaining lower-level courses at the community college. Please consult a TAMUCT financial aid counselor regarding the consortium agreement process.
- Any-level electives may be taken at either at Texas A&M University-Central Texas or another institution. Please consult an academic advisor prior to selecting any-level electives.
- Lower-Level Electives, Any Level Electives, Component Area Options, or Degree Requirements (DEG REQ) may consist of the FOS courses: ENGL 1301, ENGL 1302, two of the following: ENGL 2321, ENGL 2322, ENGL2323, ENGL 2326, ENGL 2327, ENGL 2328, ENGL 2331, ENGL 2332, ENGL 2333, ENGL 2341, ENGL 2351.
- 12 hours of a Foreign Language or 12 hours of any combination of upper-level Linguistics or Foreign Language courses.
