DESCRIPTION:Warrior Week 2024 Art Show: \nFill out an application to enter your work in the Art Show! \nEntry Deadline – April 5\, 2024\, at 5 p.m \n\nRules and Guidelines\,  \nHand Delivered Artwork Deadline – April 5\, 2024\, at 5 p.m. to Warrior Hall\, Room 110. \n\nAwards: \nPrizes will be awarded for 1st\, 2nd\, 3rd place\, and Presidential Award in the art show. \nThe winning artist will receive special recognition and be showcased in the foyer of Bill Yowel Lecture Hall. \n\n______________________________ \n\nEligibility: \n\nThe art show is open to all students currently enrolled at Texas A&M University – Central Texas. \n\nSubmission Requirements: \nArtwork can span various mediums\, including paintings\, drawings\, sculpture\, and digital art. \nSubmissions must be original creations of the artist. \n\nAll artwork must be ready for display during the Warrior Week Art Show. \n\nSubmission Deadline: \nThe deadline for artwork submissions is Friday\, April 5tth by 5 p.m.\, allowing ample for organizaon and setup. \n\nDisplay: \nArtwork will be displayed during Warrior Week (April 8th – 12th) in a designated area on campus. \n\nJudging Criteria: \nA panel of judges will evaluate artwork based on creativity\, skill\, originality\, and adherence to the \ntheme. \n\nAwards: \nPrizes will be awarded for 1st\, 2nd\, 3rd place\, and Presidential Award in the art show. \nThe winning artist will receive special recognition and be showcased in the foyer of Bill Yowel Lecture Hall. \n\nNotification of Winners: \nWinners will be announced during Warrior Week\, and their names will be posted on the event webpage. \n\nArt Pickup: \nParticipants must retrieve their artwork by Friday\, April 12th following the conclusion of the art show. \n\nPhotography and Promotion: \nThe university may photograph and promote the submited artwork for markeng purposes \nunless the artist explicitly requests otherwise. \nBy participating in the Texas A&M University – Central Texas Collegiate Art Show\, artists agree to \ncomply with these rules and guidelines. The guidelines aim to ensure a fair and enjoyable \nexperience for all participants and attendees.
